I went through a phase where I stressed about what my child ate.
I wanted to ensure he was eating exactly perfect proportions of every food group. And "eating a rainbow of colors" as the experts say.
Then I realized I needed to chill.
Of course, I still make sure he eats servings of vegetables, protein, whole grains, and fruit every day, but other than that I don't stress about it anymore.
And that feels good. It feels right.
